Artyom Babin (Артём Бабин) sent me this Kaluga (Калуга) in 2023.
The Kaluga (Калуга) is milled from steel plate and then chrome plated. Mine is 171 mm. tall, 86 mm. wide, and 8 mm. thick. The rope hole is 96 mm. high and 33 mm. wide. The top center thickness is 8 mm. The shaft length and width are 2 mm. and 58 mm., respectively. The eye measures 12 mm. by 12 mm. The ears are 82.8 and 64.1 mm. long. My Kaluga (Калуга) weighs 419 g.
There are no markings on the Kaluga.
"Kaluga" (Калуга) is not the name of the device, it is the name of the Russian city where it was made. Since I don't have a better name, I'll use "Kaluga" for now.
I classified the Kaluga as an unusual T–side eight, but I could have easily called it a Rappel Plates instead. It does not have a distinct shaft, and so one would rig it in the free-running mode instead of the classic eight mode.
The eye is too narrow to accept two full size locking carabiners.
The Kaluga is too heavy for my taste.

Hundreds of cell phone users complained and asked me to for a simpler, mobile friendly site. In particular, they wanted me to limit each page to a small number of pictures and minimize my use of text. This new site provides what they asked for.
