I acquired my Kratos from Expé-Spelemat in2015.
The Kratos is forged from aluminum alloy and then soft anodized. Mine is 144 mm. tall, 74 mm. wide, and 16 mm. thick. The rope hole is 51 mm. high and 51 mm. wide. The top center thickness is 13 mm. The shaft length and width are 45 mm. and 26 mm., respectively. The eye measures 25 mm. by 25 mm. My eight weighs 135 g.
One side of the Kratos has "KRATOS" printed on the shaft, and the other has a forged raised rigging illustration. The bottom of the eye is printed with "03 14."
The Kratos is a typical example of a full sized, forged, aluminum figure eight. The cross section around the upper rope hole and shaft is less circular than in most eights, giving it a slightly "blocky" feel. This helps make the eight less "grabby," but the effect is small.
