I acquired my ITT Tulito Safety Clamp from Yaroslav Trubetsky in 2017.
My ITT Tulito Safety Clamp is 127 mm. long, 139 mm. wide, 62 mm. high, and weighs 824 g.
The Tulito consists of a cast stainless steel cam and a stainless steel shell plus some lesser parts. The shell is made from 2.9 mm. sheet that is cut to shape and then bent to form a U-shaped channel. A13 mm. hole is punched through both sides for the cam axle. A 5m5 mm. bole near the outer base of the front provides a place to attach retaining chains with a ring. A smaller U-shaped channel welded to the base of the main shell supports a small pulley sheave on a split pin axle.
The cam is rather large and essentially flat, with recessed areas for the markings. There are no teeth on the cam A spring-loaded stainless steel arm attached tot the top of the cam supports a second roller on a split pin axle. Each roller is 14.2 mm. in diameter and 8.7 mm. long, with a U-shaped 1 mm. deep groove. The cam axle is a 12.5 mm. quick release pin with a large T-shaped grip. The cam, axle pin, and a second QR pin are connected to individual flat chains with rings, and the three chains are connected to the ring attached to the shell.
The front of the shell is stamped with "ITT," "MEYER IND.," "HAGER CITY," "WI.," and "54014. The rear of the shell is stamped with "UP" beside an up-pointing arrow, "FALL PREVENTION CLAMP," "3/8 CABLE," LOT #," and "MEETS ANSI A14.3." It is hand marked with "18" for the lot number and "52862I-4." The front side of the cam has "TULITO®SAFETY CLAMP," ’FOR 3/8" Ø WIRE ROPE," "CAPACITY-1 PERSON," and "UP" beside an up-pointing arrow, all cast in raised characters. It is also stamped with "L16" and "177." The other side has ab up-pointing arrow, "UP," "ITT," "MEYER INDUSTRIES," and "DO NOT USE WITH LANYARD" cast in raised characters.
The warning " "DO NOT USE WITH LANYARD" makes me suspect that the second QR pin is used to attach the Tulito cam to a part of the safety system that I did not receive. The pin fits the cam eye nicely.

Hundreds of cell phone users complained and asked me to for a simpler, mobile friendly site. In particular, they wanted me to limit each page to a small number of pictures and minimize my use of text. This new site provides what they asked for.
