I acquired three of these from Tom Furey in 2012.
This rope grab is 85 mm. tall, 65 mm. wide, 61 mm. thick, and weighs 177 g.
The shell is milled from aluminum alloy, as is the cam. The cam pivots on a QR pin. a cable keeper doubles as a cam spring, and a second cable functions as a pin keeper.
There are no markings on this rope grab.
This rope grab operates on the same principle as a Type 1 Lever Cam Ascender.
Tom found five of these on the UK eBay site. There are no markings on this rope grab to indicate who manufactured it.
