I acquired this County Communications from Battlebox LLC in 2024.
My County Communications is 140 mm. long, 111 mm. wide, 91 mm. high, and weighs 147 g.
This is a small grappling hook that easily disassembles for carry and storiage as 140 mm. long, 25.5 mm. diameter tube. The o-ring sealed cap unscrews to release three threaded and knurled spikes. These screw into three threaded holes spaced at 120° around the tube. Small o-rings help hold the spikes in place. The 6.4 mm. diameter spikes extend 78 mm. at an angle from the tube. When the cap is replaced, a cord can be attached through a 5.8 mm. hole in the cap.
The tube is printed with "CAUTION: ACHTUNG," "NOT A LIFE SAFETY DEVICE," and "CAGE: 5VKB6."

This is a nice grappling hook. When attached to a small line, it can be used to retrieve small objects. It is not designed for climbing.
You ask, "What is CAGE Code 5VKB6?" It is the unique identifier used by NATO Organizations to refer to County Communications Dba, County Comm Div., Government Products Group, located in Sunnyvale California.
