I acquired this Unknown Roller box from Barry J. Rousey in 2023.
My Unknown Roller is 58 mm. wide, 42 mm. high, 66 mm. thick, and weighs 86 g.
This is a single channel chest box consisting of a U-shaped aluminum shell, a hard plastic roller, and a 1/4-20x1-1/2" UNC bolt /w hex nut as an axle.. The shell has two 44 mm. tall vertical slots for attaching the device to a chest harness. The roller is commercially made. It is 14.5 mm. wide and 30.0 mm. in diameter A 10-mm. wide circumferential groove with a shallow U-shaped profile reduces the central diameter to 28.8 mm.
The roller has "60" in raised letters.
This is similar to the Simmons Roller, but the slots are on the open side of the roller. This is inconvenient, as it means the roller must be taken off the harness for rigging or derigging. I give this one a Lemon Award .
