• Made in USA [mid–1980s].
• 55x24 mm.
• Welded head with twisted straight-edged adze and modular pick. This one is set up for waterfall ice. Forrest also offered an alpine ice pick (seen on my Lifetime Hammer) and a tubular waterfall ice pick that I do not have. The flat spike provides excellent support when bracing while traversing moderate ice. Equipped with an aftermarket Wild Country leash. This is the longer of my two Forrest Lifetime axes..

• 50x24 mm.
• Welded and chrome-plated head with twisted straight-edged adze and modular pick. This one is set up for waterfall ice. Forrest also offered an alpine ice pick (seen on my Lifetime Hammer) and a tubular waterfall ice pick that I do not have. The flat spike provides excellent support when bracing while traversing moderate ice. This is the shorter of my two.

• Made in USA [mid–1980s].
• 50x23 mm.
• Welded and chrome-plated head with a modular pick. This negative-clearance pick is shaped for alpine ice. Forrest also offered a waterfall ice pick (seen on my Lifetime Axes) and a tubular waterfall ice pick that I do not have. The flat spike provides excellent support when bracing while traversing moderate ice.
