Forrest Hammers

The Mjollnir was the first hammer with interchangable picks. Forrest designed this system in 1974. They originally offered the alpine pick, waterfall pick, tubular pick, and nut tool pick shown here. Forrest later offered a version with a curved hatchet-style handle.

This hammer is a straight-handled version with a waterfall ice pick that I sharpened fo a fine edge. Also shown are the tubiular, alpine ice, and nut tool picks.
