I acquired my Krok Shayba Shtikhta from Gear4Rocks in 2013.
The Shayba Shtikhta is a sticht-type belay plate. It is milled from aluminum alloy and painted. It has two slots that are 41 mm. long, and a 14 mm. hole at each end. Mine is 46 mm. long, 91 mm. wide, 10 mm. high, and weighs 49 g.
One side of the plate is stamped with the KROK logo.
Although nicely made, I do not like the painted finish because paint makes a mess of my ropes.
"Shayba Shtikhta" (Шайба Штихта) can be translated as "Sticht plate."

Hundreds of cell phone users complained and asked me to for a simpler, mobile friendly site. In particular, they wanted me to limit each page to a small number of pictures and minimize my use of text. This new site provides what they asked for.
