I acquired this Unknown from Matthias Höfle in 2023.
This ascender is 55 mm. tall, 48 mm. wide, 24 mm. thick, and weighs 59 g. The body is steel (not titanium) and the cam is aluminum. The rope channel is 11 mm. wide. The cam axle is centered 36 mm. from the inside of the rope channel. The cam radius, measured from the axle axis, increases from 25 to 30 mm. over an angle of 180°, giving a 3° cam angle. The tooth pattern is (Z)^9.
There are no markings on this ascender.
Matthias Höfle sent me this nice little ascender for which he had no information. It may be Eastern European, but that is only a guess.
This is exceptionally small and light for an eccentric cam hand ascender.
For far more content, use a larger monitor and a full-width window.
