SMC bolt hangers were my favorite for temporary rigging back in the day. At the time, bolts made specifically for climbing anchors were not available, so we used bolts designed for construction and industrial use. SMC hangers were readily available and fit these freedom-unit bolts.

I like how SMC hangers let the carabiner sit close to the rock. I bought hangers as I needed them, and seldom had many surplus hangers on hand.
