In July 2008 I visited the Galápagos Islands for a diving trip on the Galápagos Aggressor. My previous diving experience was almost all in caves, and this was my first open-ocean diving trip. It was also my first opportunity to try underwater photography. Conditions were not ideal for the latter, but the diving was interesting and the wide variety of sea provided more than enough to see and enjoy. This is a place that I would like to visit again!
